Home Banking--Access your account information from your home or work. With the click of your mouse, you can view your account summary, transfer funds, make a loan payment, or schedule transfers. You can even set up account alerts to warn you when your balance has fallen below a designated balance. Sign up for Home Banking.
Bill Payer--DMMCU's Bill Payer offers an alternative to the traditional method of paying bills. Instead of writing a check and mailing the payment to the merchant, you can handle all your payments online through Bill Payer. You can pay any merchant who accepts checks or online payment.
You can use DMMCU's Bill Payer to schedule payments to merchants, review and change scheduled payments, and review payment history. Bill Payer gives you a confirmation number for every payment and keeps track of your payment history. These features make Bill Payer an excellent record keeper. Four easy steps to start Bill Payer access:
1. Go to the Home Banking/Bill Payer Application or email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll send out the paperwork. Once you are approved, you will see a PayIt menu in Home Banking within 24-48 hours.
2. Set up your personal list of merchants. To pay bills, the merchant(s) you want to pay must be in your personal merchant list, together with all account numbers you have with each merchant.
3. Set up a payment.
4. Change or cancel your payment information as necessary.
Tellerphone--If you aren't near a computer, you can still access your accounts through Tellerphone at 1-800-399-4793. If you do not have a PIN, please contact us at 515-283-4195, so we can set up your Tellerphone access.
My Card Info--If you have a credit card with DMMCU, you can go to www.mycardinfo.com to make payments and view your statements. If you are logged in to Home Banking, you can also reach this link by clicking on Credit Card Payment under BankIt.
E-Statements--Save paper and sign up for E-Statements! You'll receive your statement faster, and you can access six months' worth of statement history. Sign In To Home Banking today and click on the Self Service tab to enroll!

Mobile Money--If you have text capabilities, you can text for your balances and request account history. With web browser capabilities, Mobile Money formats the Home Banking site especially for your device so you can view balances, transfer money, and pay bills. Sign In To Home Banking today and click on the Self Service tab to enroll.
